About Us
Headway Fitness began in November 2024 with a simple insight: fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. What started as Kaiden sharing his personal training program with friends and family quickly grew. People weren’t just following the workouts — they were getting results and asking for more. From the beginning, Brandon was involved behind the scenes, helping lay the groundwork with systems and structure to support the growing demand. That momentum sparked a bigger idea: what if we built something scalable, something that cuts through the confusion in the fitness world? With Kaiden’s expertise in programming and Brandon’s background in systems and operations, Headway Fitness took shape. We’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming fitness can seem — conflicting advice, complex routines, unrealistic expectations. So we set out to build a platform that makes fitness simple, sustainable, and effective. No fluff. No noise. Just structured training that works — for anyone willing to show up consistently. Our mission is clear: help people realize that being fit and healthy isn’t that complicated.Whether you're just getting started or looking to level up your performance, Headway is here to guide you with clean, intelligent programming and a mindset that values progress over perfection. Our vision: A global community of fit, healthy individuals who train smart, live well, and never overthink it.

Kaiden Steyn
Hey, I’m Kaiden Steyn.
I’m an athlete in functional fitness, but more than that, I’ve spent the last six years diving deep into everything health and fitness. I’ve learned that being fit and healthy doesn’t have to be complicated — and it’s not just for elite athletes. That’s why we started Headway Fitness: to help people realise it’s simpler than they think to take control of their health and live a better life.

Brandon Bartels
Hey, I’m Brandon Bartels.
My background is in system development and finances, which helps make sure you get your workout in time in a way that makes sense.
Over the years, I’ve come to believe that being healthy isn’t about being the fittest or strongest. It’s about taking care of your body so you can live well, move well, and age well - and that starts with consistency.
